My daily makeup routine..

Hello! So this is going to be a loong blog post ;) This is my makeup routine which i've been wearing everyday recently, it's pretty much what i wear to school but without the eyeshadows, eyeliner and overall less face makeup.

1. I put a light amount of the Maybelline Pure Mineral foundation all over my face with a stippling brush.

2. Then I dotted a very small amount of the mac moisturecover concealer
in nc20 under my eyes and around my nose, and gently patted it with my ring finger. (Sorry I accidently deleted the picture of where i put it!)

3. Then apply the Maybelline Dream Matte powder mostly on my t-zone and jaw area, with a (huge) Barbara Daley blush brush, which is actually better for powder.

4. Then use the Barbara Daley eye primer all over the lid and brow-bone. Then the natural collection eyeshadow in Willow all over the lid, browbone, and inner-corner as a highlight. Then blended mac Sable eyeshadow in the crease. I used the Gosh flat shader brush, and e.l.f blending brush. I then applied a thin line of the Rimmel felt-tip liner on the upper lash-line.

5. I curled my eyelashes, and applied One light coat of Natural Collection's LashCurl mascara in black.
(In the second picture, the white mark on my face was reflecting off the eyelash curlers by the way, haha!)

6. Lastly, I sheerly applied Mac blush in Springsheen on the apples of my cheeks, with the e.l.f blusher brush.

The end result! Haha ;) I hope you liked it!

Makeup brushes!

Ok so I was just thinking about how amazing some makeup brushes are for such little price! You really don't need to spend loads of money on mac brushes when there are really good and affordable ones out there! A few of my favourite brands are..

e.l.f- these are so amazingly soft and barely ever shed, especially the studio line ones! I have the eye shading brush, the eye blending brush, the concealer brush and the blush brush and would recommend all of them. :)

This is the blush brush, my favourite and was only £3.50 on the eyeslipsface wesbite. :)

Another brand is eco-tools, these brushes are slightly more expencive, but still really affordable. I have a pack, which included an angled eyeliner brush, concealer, eyeshadow, blush and a brow/lash comb. The blush brush is incredibly soft!

Again the blush brush, it is such good quality! This retails at £8.16 at Boots.

And my last (but not least;) favourite brush brand is Gosh, these are again a bit more expencive but still cheap enough for someone like me to afford. I only have 1 brush which is the flat eye shader, but it is amazing and incredibly soft and doesn't shed much either. I am definately planning on getting more of these - i want the kabuki brush next :) it's £9.

This is the flat eye shader, it's amazing! And i love the look of these brushes, they are just black and very sleek, they have 'GOSH PROFESSIONAL ART' written down the side of the handles. This was £6.99 from Superdrug.

Thankyou for reading, just a little review on my favourite makeup brushes and brands.

Small Mac haul- from Harrods :))

Hello! So today I went to Harrods and was planning on not buying any makeup, but in the end managed to get 2 mac things.. oh well! I love them haha..
The first thing is the Sheertone shimmer blush in Springsheen, this is so gorgeous! And once again suits my skin tone reaally nicely- so should suit other people with quite fair skin. The description on the wesbite says it's a light Peach with Gold shimmer. It is very pretty :) The shimmer runnning through it is gold so it's nice and flattering and suits warm skin tones, but it's no way glittery or full-on shimmery, just a slight shimmer!- I've been kind of put of by shimmery blushes but it's lovely! And also gives a nice highlight as well as blush :) -£17.00- a liiittle bit pricey, but gorgous!

The second (and last!) thing is the Mac Select Moisturecover concealer,
in Nc20- i've never had a concealer/foundation colour suit me so well! :))
I couldn't take a picture with my camera which wasn't much different to the one on the website to be honest haha! This is the best concealer (for under-eyes, which is all i use concealer for) that i've ever tried, it's really creamy and moisturising and you need the smallest amount to cover dark under-eye bags. -£13.50

That was it! I'm so happy with everything, not dissapointed in any of it- which is nice to know that it wasn't a waste of money!;) haha. The total amount came to £30.50.
I hope you enjoyed this little haul :))

What i bought today..

Hello! I know i havn't done a blog in ages but I've given it a bit of a makeover and i will blog more often! hehe :) Anyways, so today I went shopping, i bought barely anything but I'm saving so I couldn't exactly spend a lot haha :P

So mostly everything is from h&m,
the first thing i got was this skirt from h&m,
and it was £9.99.

(Sorry about the fluff on it, i put it on my rug! and about the black top with a black skirt! i was already wearing that top haha)

The next things are these random grips/clips also from h&m, just because i need some and they alwaays go missing! They were also from h&m and were about £1.50.

The next thing is this Spring Blossom body splash, £1.50- smells amazing!

And the last thing is from Lush, and it's the 'It's raining men' shower gel, this smells absolutely amazing and exactly like the 'Honey I washed the kids soap'- my favourite:) Thats why i got it, haha. There is a choice of 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml(i think!). This is the 250ml and is really big! It will last me ages haha :) It was £7.85. I put it next to a 100ml 'yummy yummy yummy' just to show you the size comparison. :)

Ok that was it, i know it was small! The total of that came to £20.84 to be precise! lmao;) I hope you liked this little haul.
