Outfit and makeup of the day- shopping♥

♥ This is my outfit and makeup for the day (wednesday), i was just having a look around town and i bought a few bits which i'll show in a little haul :).

♥ This is my outfit, the shorts are the same ones which I put in my last post. I wore a Navy blue and white stripey jumper from h&m, high-wasited shorts from Newlook, a long necklace, a cardigan from h&m, and Blue flowery pumps also from Newlook, which i bought a couple/few months ago.

♥ And this is the makeup. I wore the Maybelline dream creamy foundation, Collection 2000 concealer, Rimmel Mousse eye shadow in 'Sassy' with mac 'Sable' in crease, and MUA eyeshadow in 'Shade 1' in inner corner. The Maybelline felt tip eyeliner across upper lash line with a tiny flick, and Collection 2000's big fake lash mascara. No blush but mac's 'Lovelorn' lipstick on my lips, and after I took the pictures I applied the L'Oreal Glam shine Reflexion lipgloss, in Watermelon.

♥ And that's it, I will post the haul tomorrow :). Thankyou for reading,
Abbie

Hmm.. so, i've had a pretty boring week tbh, and probably a boring weekend too but i dont caaare at least i get a lie-in. ;)  It's now saturday morning at 12 o'clock, and i should get dressed in a minute.. But i'm writing this, so naa not atm ;)  It's really sad news about Japan, and now Thailand aswell, so if you can it would be amazing to donate some money, and at least think about them :'(. I did my german writing gcse the other day and got a B so i'm ok with that, i got an A in my last writing so i'm not too bothered. Now we've started the coursework for speaking- i hate speaking tests, so much work! I am reeally looking forward to the May holidays, as me and my best friend everrrrr Shannon are having a massive shopping spree in Birmingham, we need to save, we're aiming for over £100, at the moment i have around £10. hehe. Anyway i better get washed and dressed, i may be going to town or cinema with a friend later but we'll have to wait and seeee.

Makeup brushes!

Ok so I was just thinking about how amazing some makeup brushes are for such little price! You really don't need to spend loads of money on mac brushes when there are really good and affordable ones out there! A few of my favourite brands are..

e.l.f- these are so amazingly soft and barely ever shed, especially the studio line ones! I have the eye shading brush, the eye blending brush, the concealer brush and the blush brush and would recommend all of them. :)

This is the blush brush, my favourite and was only £3.50 on the eyeslipsface wesbite. :)

Another brand is eco-tools, these brushes are slightly more expencive, but still really affordable. I have a pack, which included an angled eyeliner brush, concealer, eyeshadow, blush and a brow/lash comb. The blush brush is incredibly soft!

Again the blush brush, it is such good quality! This retails at £8.16 at Boots.

And my last (but not least;) favourite brush brand is Gosh, these are again a bit more expencive but still cheap enough for someone like me to afford. I only have 1 brush which is the flat eye shader, but it is amazing and incredibly soft and doesn't shed much either. I am definately planning on getting more of these - i want the kabuki brush next :) it's £9.

This is the flat eye shader, it's amazing! And i love the look of these brushes, they are just black and very sleek, they have 'GOSH PROFESSIONAL ART' written down the side of the handles. This was £6.99 from Superdrug.

Thankyou for reading, just a little review on my favourite makeup brushes and brands.
